Abstract: This workshop is conceived with the project Inter-Literary|Cultural Tourisms in English and Portuguese, whose focus is the changing inter-relationship between literature, culture, and tourism in line with a long established Anglo-American tradition in tourism studies.
Gastronomy is reflected on as the expression of a symphony | harmony of flavors, aromas and colors that stimulates and awakens the senses, as art, in its many dimensions, is perceived | felt. The experience of collaboration between several areas of knowledge, including food studies, illustrates the progress of the culinary arts through the creative application of scientific knowledge and experimental techniques.

Dates: 10am-4pm (27/6); 11am-5pm (4/7)
Fee: 75 € (50% discount to FLUL students and employees). The enrollment fee includes the consumption of the salads and Ice-creams prepared during the workshop, as well as 2 coffee-breaks.
